NBA coach Gregg Popovich Explains Your Reality

Please listen to top NBA Basketball coach Gregg Popovich explaining your reality under the cloud of Donald Trump as President. I read and write about politics every day, but I have never come close to summing up our situation as well as Mr. Popovich does here in his short statement in this video clip (a minute and a half).

Please listen, and please post a comment on my blog space. Posting annonymously is fine! And please share this clip with your friends and relatives who are still somehow supporting Trump. Many of them probably have great respect for this great winning basketball coach.

If you'd like to hear more, here's Popovich talking right after the election, explaining what Trump's election victory actually means. After hearing this, if nothing else, at least you won't feel alone in being totally freaked out about what's going on in our government!

  2. Popovich is a wonderfully outspoken guy with a good brain and a good heart. Steve Kerr, Popovich’s good friend, same-same…

  3. My husband is a huge Popovich fan so I saw the videos at the time and the one last night. I love that he is not afraid to say what he thinks in an arena where they tend not to like to talk politics.

  4. "Half the country disagrees with him."

Not half. His approval numbers are down to 39%.

  5. Popovich nailed him perfectly.
    Talk about accurate reporting!

  6. By the way, THE most scientifically valid polls have his approval at 39 percent right now. Low, but nowhere near where it should be. 10 percent would be reasonable, if you consider that IQ falls on a bell curve and that mental illness is rampant in our nation.

  8. Listen DumberDumbest,

Larry Klayman of Judicial Watch – is THE non partisan champion for YOU and I and All Citizens , sued the GW admin as well as Obama, and now the Trump admin
is representing a NSA whistle blower

In case you did not know it, BO abused the NSA file gathering capabilities, spying upon 100 times more citizens than Nixon did, and committed multiple felonies, per the espionage act,
He used UnMasking to spy on a Supreme Court Justice, over 150 judges, numerous US Senators including Rand Paul

Barack Nixon Obama & Comey need to be arrested and indicted.
Impeach Obama posthumously, and GW too, and send them both to the Hague for crimes against Humanity
And indict Obama for crimes of the espionage act too.

    1. I don't see how any of this diminishes the powerful point made by Popovich. Every normal person is living under a frightening cloud right now. How COULD the American people have chosen a racist, xenophobic, sexist, who abused women and made fun of a handicapped reporter, and who had no knowledge or experience at governing. EVERY English teacher in the United States would give a transcript of almost any speech he's made a D or an F. Amazing how Obama was bookended by 2 presidents who barely speak English. Two complete fools.

    2. You're like the distinguished doctors in France who ridiculed Robert Koch, who had discovered germs and the efficacy of doctors washing their hands between childbirths and patient examinations. They practically laughed him off the stage.

  10. He was really risking his career/creating controversy! Do you know if there's been a lot of controversy toward what he said?

    1. He hasn't taken much heat. He's too respected, I think, and his truth is so inescapable, I think most conservatives don't even want to call attention to him. Too bad Kaepernick had his career ruined for simply taking a knee during the national anthem.

  11. Terrible truth that Pence is Trump's insurance policy.
Waiting to wake up from nightmare.

    1. I'm kind of mentally preparing myself for Pence to be President, which will probably safer in terms of our long-term survival, but more hideous in a way, like a bad case of cancer that you don't know you have.

  12. Why pick on Trump, they're ALL psychopaths, he's just not as practiced as the professionals that work for the Deep State, aka Seth Rich, not even died by the gun shot. Impeach em all.

    1. I'm not picking on Trump and neither is Popovich. If you had children, you might understand where I'm coming from. It's not left or right, Democrat or Republican, to be freaked out when you discover your children are riding on a bus with a very drunk bus driver. If you were capable of critical thinking you would realize that Trump is unfit to be president. True, every breath we've ever taken has been under a gangster president. But a simple thought experiment for you, which you would appreciate if you could put logic in front and put your pride aside, and which would differentiate Trump from other presidents, is that EVERY English teacher in the United States would give a grade of F to Trump's speeches, if they graded them without knowing who he was. Did you have the guts to watch Trump's whole 77-minute press conference in February or read the whole AP interview a couple of weeks ago? It is really breaking my heart that most humans--definitely most Americans--are like zombies or parrots. Please listen to the "bonus" video I provided, just 3 minutes long, of Popovich, back in November, sharing his impressions of the meaning of the election. Are you familiar with the story of the Emperor's New Clothes? You should be. You're living it.

  13. I think this video might be a more accurate rendition of the bigger reality. I and my kids live out of the country, good luck.

    1. This article seems to make a valid point, but the very fact of this article's existence shows an executive who has created the very clusterfuck the article deals with!

I have you down as a smart guy, so I'll try one more time. It is a FACT that if they didn't know who had made the speech, EVERY 8th grade English teacher in the United States would give a D or an F to the AP interview of Trump a couple of weeks ago. The language borders on gibberish, and the ideas stem from vanity, paranoia, and a very childish personality.

You, my friend, need to admit that the emperor is wearing no clothes. I won't discuss with you further because to do so would be to participate in your mental illness. If you read the AP interview, it is inescapable that Trump is unfit to be President.

You are lucky that you live outside of Amerika. But I actually feel safer in the belly of the beast, out of the reach of its fangs and claws.
